Nebula Mist started as a small experiment — I wanted to make refreshing, flavorful, and healthy drinks to bring a little joy and energy into someone's day. What started in my kitchen in Colorado Springs turned into something I couldn't stop sharing.
Jun is different from regular kombucha. We brew with organic green tea and raw honey instead of black tea and cane sugar. The result is lighter, smoother, and more complex — something closer to a natural sparkling drink than anything you'd find on a grocery store shelf.
Every bottle is brewed by hand in small batches. Never pasteurized. Never over-filtered. We brew it fresh, bottle it while it's still alive, and get it to you as soon as possible.
The tenth bottle just found its home, and that moment was a memory to cherish. To everyone who has tried a bottle, shared encouragement, or offered feedback — thank you. Your support is what turns a small idea into something real.
